Billing and Scheduling
Storage is generally billed monthly in advance from the scheduled move-in date. Proration depends on scheduling complete move-out or redelivery before the next payment is processed or invoice is issued. After the first anniversary, the monthly rate may be adjusted once per 12-month period by 15% to 20% after at least 30 days' written notice.
Authority, Access and Release
The customer confirms authority over the goods. This is company-controlled warehouse storage, not self-storage. Vector may transfer goods between Vector-controlled warehouses without prior notice or additional consent when the transfer adds no charge solely for that decision and does not materially reduce an expressly promised service.
Conditions, Care and Valuation
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, storage is not represented as climate-, temperature-, or humidity-controlled, waterproof, or fireproof. The complete terms address required care, protective handling, valuation, and claims.

- Monthly billing: storage normally continues month to month and is billed in full monthly cycles unless the written documents say otherwise. Additional goods are covered by the applicable written terms and rates.
